MONETIZATION POLICY

1. Introduction

This Monetization Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms, conditions, standards, and requirements applicable to all Publishers, Website Owners, Application Owners, Partners, and any individual or entity participating in the Metaconex Monetization Program.

By registering for the Program, integrating advertising code or APIs, or using any monetization services provided by Metaconex, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Content Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Invalid Traffic Policy, and all other applicable policies issued by Metaconex.

Metaconex reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time. Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Metaconex Website or through other official communication channels. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Metaconex reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any Publisher's participation in the Monetization Program if the Publisher violates this Policy or if Metaconex reasonably determines that the Publisher's activities may negatively affect the platform, advertisers, users, or the reputation of Metaconex.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Publishers may participate in the Monetization Program only if they satisfy all eligibility requirements established by Metaconex.

The Publisher's website, application, or platform must operate lawfully, contain original content or content legally licensed for use, and comply with the Content Policy, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Metaconex has sole discretion to determine a Publisher's eligibility based on internal evaluation criteria, including but not limited to content quality, traffic sources, website safety, user experience, compliance history, risk assessment, and other technical considerations.

Meeting the initial eligibility requirements does not guarantee continued participation in the Monetization Program. Metaconex reserves the right to reassess any Publisher account at any time.

3. Traffic Source Policy

Publishers must ensure that all traffic directed to their websites, applications, or platforms is legitimate, transparent, and generated by genuine user activity.

Before issuing payment, Metaconex reserves the right to verify, adjust, or remove revenue resulting from Invalid Traffic, advertising fraud, policy violations, or technical errors.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are made on a NET 30 basis, meaning that validated earnings generated during the previous calendar month will be paid at the end of the following month after the reconciliation process has been completed.

  • Reject payments;
  • Adjust revenue;
  • Recover previously paid revenue;
  • Request additional verification documents;
  • Suspend payments pending investigation; and

Metaconex shall not be liable for any damages, revenue losses, or disputes arising from the Publisher's violations or from the acts or omissions of third parties associated with the Publisher.

Failure or delay by Metaconex to exercise any right under this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right. All rights and remedies available to Metaconex under this Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law are expressly reserved.
